These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Kaketus mobile application, available on iOS and Android, dedicated to employment management in the HRT sector in Algeria. By using Kaketus, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

• "Application": the Kaketus mobile application and its services, accessible via kaketus.com.
• "User": any individual or legal entity using the application.
• "Candidate": a user seeking employment in the HRT sector.
• "Recruiter": a company or manager using the HR dashboard.
• "Content": any text, image, file or information published on the application.
• "Referrer": a user recommending a candidate through the referral system.

3.1 Registration requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• Have a valid email address.

3.2 Account security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent behavior or endangerment of other users.

• Using bots or automated scripts to access the application.
• Collecting other users' data without their consent.
• Impersonating a person or company.
• Bypassing the application's security measures.

You retain ownership of all content published on Kaketus. By publishing content, you grant Kaketus a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the scope of the services. Kaketus reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or contrary to these Terms.

By using the referral system, you guarantee:

• Having obtained the explicit consent of the recommended person. Acceptance is done online and the referred person must validate the referrer's request.
• That the information provided is accurate and up to date.
• Respecting the privacy of recommended persons.

8. Training Modules

Access to training modules may be subject to subscription or payment. The content is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

The Kaketus application, its logo, design and features are the exclusive property of Kaketus, protected by national laws in every country where Kaketus is present. Any unauthorized use may result in legal proceedings.

10. Service Availability and Changes

Kaketus strives to ensure 24/7 availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services with prior notice where possible.

11. Liability

11.1 Kaketus limitation of liability

Kaketus shall not be held liable for:

• Content published by users.
• The accuracy of job offers published by recruiters.
• Contractual relationships between candidates and recruiters.
• Indirect losses or damages related to the use of the application.
• Interruptions due to external causes (force majeure, network issues).

11.2 User responsibility

Each user is entirely responsible for their use of the application and published content. Users agree to indemnify Kaketus against any harm resulting from non-compliant use.

12. Pricing and Payments

Pricing terms are clearly indicated before any transaction. Payments are processed via App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Kaketus does not store your banking data.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by national law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent Algerian courts will have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be notified to you at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
