About the role

Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant que Réceptionniste et contribuez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Sous la supervision du Directeur de l'hôtel, vous serez le visage de l'établissement.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Welcome and care for customers

    Provide warm and professional greetings for all hotel visitors.

    • Answer phone calls
    • Manage reservations
    • Inform about available services

  2. Customer assistance

    Provide complete assistance to respond to all customer requests.

    • Answer guest questions about the hotel and region
    • Arrange airport transfers
    • Handle complaints

  3. Customer information management

    Maintain and update the customer database to ensure efficient management.

    • Register arrivals and departures
    • Enter customers’ personal information
    • Set up an archiving system

Who we are looking for

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Education

  • Hotel and restaurant management training or equivalent

Technical skills

  • Maîtrise des systèmes de réservation
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques

Soft skills

  • Esprit d'équipe

Languages

  • English (fluent)
