About the role
Join our dynamic team and contribute to offering an unforgettable culinary experience to guests of our high-end hotel. Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the establishment.
Duties & responsibilities
Communication with staff
Work closely with the kitchen team and other servers to ensure smooth service.
- Send orders to chefs
- Coordinate dish distribution
Table management
Organize and manage table occupancy to optimize the restaurant's capacity.
- Distribute guests among different areas
- Ensure efficient table turnover
Guest welcome and customer service
Provide warm and professional greetings for each customer. Serve dishes with precision and speed.
- Present the menu to customers
- Take orders efficiently
- Serve dishes within the allotted time
Who we are looking for
Experience
- Experience in table service (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of welcome protocol
Education
- Culinary and Service Certificate
- Food safety training
Technical skills
