About the role
Join our dynamic team and contribute to the culinary excellence of our 4-star hotel. Under the supervision of the head chef, you will be responsible for culinary preparations and serving customers.
Duties & responsibilities
Inventory management
Participate in stock management and quality control.
- Perform inventory of food products, monitor ingredient supply
Customer service
Ensure high-quality service in the dining room and at the table.
Culinary preparation
Actively participate in food preparation and service in the dining room.
- Prepare ingredients, cook according to established recipes, ensure compliance with hygiene standards
Who we are looking for
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Education
- BEP Hotel and Restaurant Services
- CAP Cuisine
Technical skills
- Maîtrise des techniques de cuisine classique et moderne
- Connaissance approfondie des règles d'hygiène en restauration
