About the role
The Group Financial Director is responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial data and providing effective management of the financial resources of the three group companies. He contributes to strategic decision-making by providing relevant financial analyses and monitoring compliance with financial operations. As the financial advisor to the CEO, he oversees and controls all accounts and financial transactions.
Duties & responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO: Develop consolidated dashboards, provide alerts on budget variances and propose corrective actions to improve financial performance.

conduct financial analysis to anticipate investment decisions and cash flow management.
Financial oversight: Manage cash flow, establish and monitor budgets, analyze costs, margins, and profitability to ensure the financial health of the group.
Account reconciliation: Ensure the verification and validation of financial data for the three companies, ensuring their compliance and accuracy.
Control of expenses and purchases: Supervise commitments, invoices, budgets, and receipts to manage costs and optimize spending.
Analyze the discrepancies between financial forecasts and actual results.
Establish internal control procedures to secure financial operations.
Present financial reports to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Work with operational teams to optimize costs and budgets.
Check and validate the monthly and annual financial statements of the companies.
Financial preparation for the opening of the future hotel: Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and necessary budgets for the opening of the new establishment, ensuring the economic viability of the project.
Who we are looking for
Experience
- Minimum 7 to 10 years in finance within 2 to 3 years in a similar position.
- Experience in cost control.
- Financial audit experience.
Education
- Masters in finance, accounting, or management control.
