About the role

The line cook is responsible for preparing and executing dishes in collaboration with the culinary team. He supervises cooks to ensure the quality and presentation of dishes served to Sheraton Club des Pins guests. He is in charge of stock management, organizing work in his section, and training apprentices. A motivated beginner with good teamwork skills will be considered, as well as individuals with kitchen experience and managerial qualities.
